Salary Manager Scale-I The Scale of Pay for the post of Manager Scale-I at present (on par with IBA scales) is Rs.48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920 plus Seven stagnation increments at a frequency of 2 years from the dates of reaching the maximum of their scales of which first two shall be Rs. 2680/- each and next five shall be Rs. 2980/- each.
